In 2008 Dongling Technologies finished construction of its new industrial park which covers almost 10 acres and includes more than 200,000 sq. ft. of factory and office space. Dongling Technologies currently has more than 400 employees approximately 1/3 of which focused on research and development.
Dongling Technologies is a global company. We operate through a network of direct sales offices and representatives in more than 40 countries and have placed equipment in service in more than 50 countries.
Based on the corporate philosophy of ‘customer first’ and ‘quality first’ since its founding, Dongling Technologies Co., Ltd. was certified ISO 9001:2000 in 2001 and received CE marking in 2004. DONGLING continued to make improvements to processes in the following years. In 2009 Dongling introduced statistical quality control (SQC) and has conducted Total Quality Management (TQM) based on the unchanging principles of ‘customer first’. We always focus on continuous improvement, and ‘total participation’.
In addition, since the launch of an improvement suggestion policy in 2010, the number of suggestions made has steadily increased and the system has supported flexible responses to changes that involve manufacturing while making substantial contributions to the company’s development.
As a result, the basic concepts of TQM and problem solving as well as continuous improvement through creative innovation has spread and been implemented throughout the entire company contributing to higher product quality and work quality at all levels and in all departments.
